    Hopefully you will be entirely satisfied with your Rosary.

    Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply let us know within 7 days of receipt, and return it to us. We will offer you an exchange or promptly refund the value of the goods.

    Please return your goods to; The Rosaria Product Services Department, 3c Crescent, East Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 3LJ.

    Exchanges can take 5-10 working days. If the exchange item is required urgently, we would recommend that you place a new order, and then return the unwanted items for a refund.

    Important: In returning items, it is essential that you obtain a Certificate of Proof of Posting from the Post Office. This is a free service, and guarantees compensation of up to £34 in the unlikely event of the package going astray.

    Overseas Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must return it to us via International Registered Post.
