All orders received by 3.30pm are despatched the same day. They are sent out by First Class post, so you can expect your order within 3 working days.
Occasionally items are out of stock, and you will be notified of the delay. If something is not in stock, we will send it as soon as it is available. Of course, we only charge for delivery once per order - even if we send out more than one package.
If you need your goods in a hurry, this optional delivery guarantees that you will have your order the following working day before 1.30pm. In the case of orders despatched Monday-Thursday, these are guaranteed for delivery on the following day. Orders despatched Friday-Saturday are guaranteed for delivery on the following Monday.
All orders delivered within the United Kingdom are shipped via either First Class post or Next Day Guaranteed Delivery.

In an effort to prevent fraudulent orders, we require all first time orders to ship to the credit card billing address. Due to the nature of online transactions, it is not possible for us to perform face-to-face verification of the information provided. We allow any subsequent order to ship to a different address.
If you need your first time order shipped to an alternate address, please contact your credit card company and have the alternate shipping address added as an authorised 'Ship To' address for our verification purposes.
Our international shipping rates are as follows:
£5.00 for delivery within the European Union
£10.00 for delivery outside of the European Union.

Should you be unhappy with your purchase for any reason, simply let us know within 7 days of receipt, and return it to us. We will offer you an exchange or promptly refund the value of the goods.
Please return your goods to; The Rosaria Product Services Department, 3c Crescent, East Cleveleys, Lancashire, FY5 3LJ.
Exchanges can take 5-10 working days. If the exchange item is required urgently, we would recommend that you place a new order, and then return the unwanted items for a refund.
Important: In returning items, it is essential that you obtain a Certificate of Proof of Posting from the Post Office. This is a free service, and guarantees compensation of up to £46 in the unlikely event of the package going astray.
Overseas Returns: If you are unhappy with your purchase for any reason, you must return it to us via International Registered Post.
